Significator

A card chosen to represent the querent or the question before the draw.

Traditional readers sometimes pick a card first — often a court card matching the querent — and set it on the table as an anchor for the spread.

Soulolo skips the card and keeps the anchor: the question you type is the significator. It does the same job with better handwriting.
