Spread

The layout of cards in a reading — each position assigned a question.

A spread is the grammar of a reading: card one is "past," card two is "present," and so on. Positions keep the reading honest — each card answers a specific slot, not a vague vibe.

Soulolo uses the classic three-card spread: past, present, trend. Small on purpose; the craft lives in the question, not the card count.
