Is the horoscope really computed from real positions?
Yes — JPL's DE440 ephemeris, computed the night before. The source line under every reading names the ephemeris and its date. You can audit us daily.
Do I need to know tarot to get a reading?
No. You choose from plain-language options; we handle the symbolism. Every card page explains itself in one breath.
Is my question private?
Yes. Supplemental words are used for your reading only, never published — everything stays inside your own account.
What does it cost?
Today's sky is free. Rituals use credits — new accounts get a welcome grant, members get monthly credits. No reading is ever paywalled mid-ritual.
What do reversed cards mean?
Reversal is an emphasis, not a punishment. Every card page lists upright and reversed meanings side by side; the ritual marks a reversed card by turning it.
Which languages do you support?
Seven: English, simplified and traditional Chinese, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. The card and glossary libraries are rolling out language by language.
Is this therapy, or fortune-telling?
Neither. Soulolo is a daily reflection practice. Readings are for reflection — not medical, legal or financial advice.
How do streaks and saved words work?
Each night's ritual extends a streak; affirmations you keep are archived in your grimoire with the reading they came from.
