Planets rarely hit 90.0° exactly. The orb is the tolerance — say, 6 degrees — within which the aspect still counts. Tighter orb, louder aspect.
Soulolo prints the actual degree ("65°") rather than hiding behind a loose orb, so you can judge the strength yourself.
